To safeguard our clients’ interests and ensure transparency, our quote clearly distinguishes between included and excluded cost items. The quote includes door-to-door pickup, loading operations, export port charges, customs clearance fees, and freight charges for the agreed-upon transport segment. Items not included in the quote—such as destination port charges, unloading fees, import duties and VAT, import customs clearance fees, as well as any additional costs arising from issues with customer-provided documentation, customs clearance delays, or force majeure—will be clearly noted on the quotation.
